That can handle a print with a sepmag track, and can be relied upon to be a bit confidential about things. The last time I had one done at my former transfer shop, a VHS copy mysteriously leaked out. Arseholes!
Not worried about what country it's in, as long as it's reliably secure and can spit out a PAL digibeta tape.

Kev, Good to see you've got something sorted out. For future reference though, I can always get something sorted out through my contact in RAI. He owes my a lot of favours and is guaranteed to silence - the price of his absolution!
